While quarantining inside her small Parisian apartment, hairstylist Yumiko Hikage found herself yearning for nature and the wilderness. Inspired by arguably the freest of animals, Hikage spent her time creating headpieces and wigs made from feathers as well as human hair. The result is a hauntingly beautiful tale of light and shadow, confinement and freedom.
